By downloading, installing, or using Yawbeach ("the Software"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the Software.

Yawbeach is a desktop application that bridges USB HID-compliant flight controllers (joysticks, HOTAS, yokes, gamepads, rudder pedals) to Infinite Flight simulator over WiFi. The Software is developed and maintained independently and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to Infinite Flight LLC.

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Changes take effect when posted to this page. Continued use of the Software after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

You must be at least 13 years of age to use Yawbeach. If you are under 18, you confirm that a parent or legal guardian has reviewed and agreed to these Terms on your behalf.

Yawbeach is licensed on a per-user basis. Upon purchase, you receive a license key that activates the full version of the Software. License keys are personal and non-transferable.

You may not reverse-engineer, decompile, modify, or create derivative works of the Software, except where required by applicable law. You may not use the Software for any unlawful purpose.

Yawbeach offers a 3-day free trial that provides full access to all features. No payment information is required to start the trial.

All payments for Yawbeach are processed securely through Polar.sh, our third-party payment provider. We do not store or have access to your full payment card details.

By making a purchase, you acknowledge that you are buying a digital license and that delivery is immediate upon payment confirmation.

Your privacy matters to us. Yawbeach is designed to collect the minimum amount of data necessary to provide and improve the Software. We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to third parties.

The Software operates primarily on your local machine. Controller inputs are processed locally and streamed directly to Infinite Flight over your local WiFi network. No flight data, controller input, or sim telemetry ever leaves your network.

This website uses analytical cookies only, powered by PostHog. We do not use advertising cookies, marketing trackers, or any form of cross-site tracking.

PostHog analytics are used solely for understanding how our website is used so we can make it better. You may block these cookies via your browser settings without affecting the functionality of the Software itself.

The Software is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. Yawbeach relies on Infinite Flight's Connect API, which may change or become unavailable at any time without notice.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Yawbeach and its developers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of the Software.
